What should I bring on a tour?
Comfortable clothes you can swim in, a change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a waterproof phone case. We provide water and everything else listed in the tour inclusions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will try to reschedule for another date. Weather-related cancellations are always free to reschedule.
How do I pay?
Cash on the day of the tour (PHP). We also accept GCash for Philippines-based guests. No advance payment or deposit required for most tours.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Our prices automatically decrease with larger group sizes. Groups of 9+ should contact us directly for custom pricing.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Absolutely. Want to spend more time at one stop? Skip another? Add a stop? Just let us know and we will adjust the day for you.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your tour for free. Light rain usually does not affect tours — Siargao is a tropical island, quick showers are normal.
Is pickup included for all tours?
Yes, all tours include free pickup and drop-off from accommodations in the General Luna / Cloud 9 area. For locations outside this area, message us to arrange transport.
Can I book for tomorrow?
We accept last-minute bookings when available. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm within the hour.
